Getting started
What is included with an address?
A Google Workspace mailbox: Gmail, Calendar and Drive, with Google’s own spam and phishing protection. There is nothing for you to maintain and no server settings to configure.
When does the mailbox actually work?
The address is yours the moment payment clears, and it appears in your account straight away. The mailbox itself is opened on Google Workspace by hand, so it is not instantaneous — your account shows the real state rather than a green tick, and the concierge can tell you where yours stands.
How do I get into my new mailbox?
We send your new address and a temporary password to the email you registered with. Sign in at mail.google.com, set your own password, and you are in. The setup guide walks through Gmail, iOS Mail, Outlook and Android.
Can I use it with Outlook, Apple Mail or another client?
Yes. It is a full Google account, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the default apps on iOS and Android all connect to it — most of them by simply choosing “Google” and signing in.
Price and renewal
How is an address priced?
One payment to acquire the address, made up of a one-time fee plus the first year of renewal, with 5% VAT shown as its own line. After that it renews yearly. Shorter names cost more because there are fewer of them.
Every figure is computed by the registry itself and shown before you pay — see the live tariff, or type a name into the search and it will price that exact address.
Why are shorter names more expensive?
Scarcity. A three-letter name can exist once on a domain and never again, so the registry prices by length: the fewer characters, the higher the multiplier applied to the domain’s base price. The multiplier is applied by the server, not chosen by hand.
How can I pay?
By card, through Stripe. The amount charged is the amount you were quoted; if the quote has changed by the time you confirm, you are shown the corrected quote rather than charged the old one.
What happens if I stop renewing?
There is a 30-day grace period. After it, the mailbox may be suspended. The full terms are in the terms of service.

Which domains can I buy an address on?

How much storage comes with it?
Google Workspace storage, shared across Gmail, Drive and Photos. Your account shows the quota on your own mailbox and how much of it you have used — that figure is read from Google, not estimated.
How is it secured?
By Google. Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest, spam and phishing filtering is Google’s own, and you can turn on two-step verification for your account at myaccount.google.com.
Can I transfer an address to someone else?
Yes, through the concierge. Transfers are handled personally so ownership is never moved by accident — write to support@khalifa.ae and a specialist will confirm the steps with you.

What uptime can I expect?
Your mailbox runs on Google Workspace and inherits Google’s availability commitment for it, which is 99.9%. We do not operate mail servers of our own, so there is no second number to quote you.
