Getting your mail, everywhere.
Your address is a full Google Workspace account, which makes most of this shorter than you expect: on nearly every device you choose “Google” and sign in. The manual settings are here too, for the one case that needs them.
The four phases
Search the registry and claim the address you want.
We open the mailbox and send you the sign-in details.

Choose the name
Type the name you want on the registry. It answers for every domain in the portfolio at once and tells you, per domain, whether that exact address is still open and what it costs.
Shorter names are rarer and priced accordingly. Nothing is reserved until you open the claim page, and nothing is charged until you confirm the quote you were shown.
Credentials arrive
Once payment clears, the order is recorded and the address shows in your account immediately. The mailbox itself is opened on Google Workspace by hand, so there is a short wait — your account shows the real state rather than a green tick, and the concierge can tell you where yours stands.
When it is open we email your new address and a temporary password to the address you registered with. You set your own password the first time you sign in.
Add your devices
Pick the one you use. On every platform below your address behaves as an ordinary Google account, because that is exactly what it is.
Sign in at Gmail on the web
Your address is a full Google Workspace account, so you sign in to Gmail with it directly. There is nothing to configure.
- Open the welcome email we sent to your registered address. It carries your new address and a temporary password.
- Go to mail.google.com and choose Sign in — or Add account, if you are already signed in to another one.
- Enter your full registry address and the temporary password.
- Set your own password when prompted. The inbox is ready to send and receive.
Apple Mail on iPhone and iPad
iOS supports Google accounts natively, so there are no server settings to type.
- Open Settings, then Mail, then Accounts.
- Tap Add Account and choose Google.
- Sign in with your full registry address and your password.
- Choose what to sync — Mail, Contacts, Calendars — and tap Save.
Microsoft Outlook
Outlook connects to Google accounts directly. The manual IMAP route is there if your organisation blocks the sign-in window.
- Open Outlook and choose File, then Add Account.
- Enter your full registry address. Outlook recognises it as a Google account and opens the Google sign-in window.
- Sign in, then choose Allow so Outlook can reach the mailbox.

Android and the Gmail app
Android treats your address as what it is: a Google account. Adding it takes four taps.
- Open Settings, then Passwords & accounts — on some phones, Accounts & backup, then Manage accounts.
- Tap Add account, then Google.
- Sign in with your full registry address and your password.
- Open the Gmail app. The new inbox is already there.
Make it yours
Everything below lives in Gmail’s own settings, on the account you now own. None of it needs us.
- A signature, under Settings then General.
- An out-of-office responder, in the same place.
- Forwarding and filters, under Settings then Filters and blocked addresses.
- Two-step verification, at myaccount.google.com under Security. Worth doing on the day you get the address.
When something is not right
Mail is not arriving
First check you are signed in with your full registry address at mail.google.com. Mail routing for the domain is managed entirely by us, so there is nothing to configure at your end.
If a specific message has not arrived, look in Spam and ask the sender to confirm the address they used. Still stuck? Write to support@khalifa.ae.
What protects my mail
Google Workspace: encryption in transit and at rest, Google’s own spam and phishing filtering, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured on the domain. Two-step verification is yours to turn on and we recommend it.
Turning on two-step verification
Signed in with your registry address, open myaccount.google.com, choose Security, then 2-Step Verification, and follow the prompts. An authenticator app or your phone both work.
