Step-by-step instructions to configure your UAE email on any device or platform.
Incoming Server (IMAP)

Authentication
Your full email

Access your UAE email directly through Gmail
Open your web browser and navigate to mail.google.com
Type your full UAE email address (e.g., yourname@khalifa.ae) and click "Next"
Enter the password that was sent to you via email when your account was created
Your UAE email is now accessible through Gmail. You can send, receive, and manage emails.
Configure your UAE email in Outlook desktop or web
Go to File → Add Account (desktop) or Settings → Add account (web)
Type your full UAE email address and click Connect
Select "Google" when prompted for the account type
Sign in with your UAE email credentials and allow Outlook access
Your UAE email will sync automatically with Outlook
Set up your UAE email in Apple Mail on macOS
Go to System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Account
Choose "Google" from the list of account providers
Enter your UAE email and password, then authorize Apple Mail
Make sure "Mail" is checked, then click Done. Open Apple Mail to see your inbox.
Add your UAE email to iOS Mail app
Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account
Tap "Google" from the list of email providers
Enter your UAE email address and password
Toggle on Mail (and optionally Contacts, Calendars), then tap Save
Set up your UAE email on Android devices
Open the Gmail app → tap your profile icon → Add another account
Choose "Google" as the account type
Enter your UAE email address and password
Accept the terms and your email will start syncing automatically
Make sure you're using the correct email address and password. Try resetting your password if needed.
Check your internet connection and ensure IMAP is enabled. Try removing and re-adding the account.
If 2FA is enabled, you may need to generate an app-specific password for third-party mail clients.
Verify your SMTP settings: smtp.gmail.com, Port 587 (TLS). Ensure your account is active and not suspended.
