What is included with an address?
A Google Workspace mailbox: Gmail with mobile and desktop sync, Calendar, Drive, and Google's own spam and phishing protection. There is nothing for you to maintain.
How long does setup take?
The address is yours the moment payment clears and appears in your account immediately. The mailbox itself is opened on Google Workspace by hand, so it is not instant — your account shows the real state, and we will tell you where yours stands if you ask.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For a corporate arrangement, write to the concierge and we will work out what is possible.
What is your refund policy?
Thirty days. If the address is not what you wanted, ask for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase by writing to support@khalifa.ae. The clause is in the terms of service.
Which email clients are supported?
All of the usual ones. It is a Google account, so Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird and the default iOS and Android apps connect to it, most of them by choosing "Google" and signing in. IMAP and SMTP are available if you prefer to configure them by hand.
What security is in place?
Google's. Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest, SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured on the domain, and you can turn on two-step verification for your own account at any time.
Can I move an address to someone else?
Yes, through the concierge. Transfers are handled personally so ownership is never moved by accident — send a message below and a specialist will confirm the steps with you.
Do you handle several addresses for one organisation?
Each address is bought individually, and one account can hold several. If you need a set of them arranged together, tell the concierge what you are trying to do and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I read my mail offline?
Yes. A desktop client or a phone app caches your mail locally, so search, reading and drafting all work without a connection.
How do I turn on two-step verification?
Signed in with your registry address, go to myaccount.google.com, open Security, then 2-Step Verification, and follow the prompts. Any authenticator app works, as does your phone.
Try a shorter word, or send the question to the concierge — it is very likely quicker.
