How do I set up my new email address?

After purchasing your email address, you'll receive setup instructions via email. Here's a quick overview:

  1. Log in to your UAE.COM dashboard
  2. Navigate to "My Emails" section
  3. Click "Setup" next to your new email
  4. Follow the Google Workspace setup wizard
  5. Configure your email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
What devices can I access my email from?

Your UAE.COM email works on all devices that support Google Workspace:

  • Web browsers (Gmail interface)
  • iOS devices (iPhone, iPad)
  • Android devices
  • Desktop email clients (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird)
How long does activation take?
Most email addresses are activated within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Premium VIP addresses may take up to 72 hours for verification. You'll receive an email notification once your address is ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfers (for enterprise accounts)
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your email will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Note that one-time VIP fees are non-refundable.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll notify you via email and retry the payment after 3 days. Your email service will continue for a 7-day grace period. After that, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Account Settings

How do I change my password?
  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Settings > Security
  3. Click "Change Password"
  4. Enter your current password and new password
  5. Click "Save Changes"
Can I transfer my email to another account?
Email addresses can be transferred to another UAE.COM account with proper verification. Contact our support team to initiate a transfer request. Note that VIP one-time fees are non-transferable.
