The terms of the registry.

By accessing or using the registry you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service. We may modify these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

We sell singular email identities on a closed portfolio of domains and deliver each one as a Google Workspace mailbox: mail, calendar and drive. Each address is sold once and is not re-issued to anyone else.

The domains currently in the registry, the price of an address on each, and whether an address can be delivered today are all shown on the registry itself. An address is offered for sale only while it can actually be delivered; where it cannot, no price and no purchase control is shown.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account credentials;
• all activity that occurs under your account;
• providing accurate and complete registration information;
• complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

All prices are quoted in AED. Acquiring an address is a single payment made up of a one-time acquisition fee and the first year of renewal, with UAE VAT of 5% shown as its own line rather than folded into the headline figure. Thereafter the address renews yearly at the renewal price shown at the time of purchase.

Payment is taken in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. The total you are charged is the total the registry quoted you at the moment you confirmed; if the quote has changed by the time you pay, you are shown the corrected quote rather than charged the old one.

If a renewal payment is not completed within the 30-day grace period, the mailbox may be suspended. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by writing to support@khalifa.ae.

You agree not to use the service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates this clause without prior notice.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi. For questions about them, write to support@khalifa.ae.
